How do I know what my estimated pickup window is?
Pickup windows are estimated dates, typically spanning 1 to 3 business days after your first available date (FAD) your vehicle is ready for shipping. Your estimated pickup window is confirmed along with all of your shipment details as part of the verification process where your Customer Shipping Contract (CSC) is produced. It is an important requirement to complete the CSC process accurately before your FAD.
